1. Acceptance of terms

By using any tool on this site, operated by EASE ADO Digital, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we provide

A collection of free, browser-based utilities (currently including a Geo Tagger, Image Tools, PDF Tools, a Password Generator, Gmail Generator, QR Code Generator, Link Shortener, Advanced Calculator, Live Code Editor, Advanced Word Counter, Online Notepad, and Speech to Text) provided at no cost, with no account or signup required.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Link Shortener to distribute spam, phishing links, malware, or content that's illegal where you or your audience are located.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Scrape, automate, or bulk-abuse any tool in a way that degrades it for other users (reasonable rate limits are in place for exactly this reason).
• Use any tool to violate someone else's rights — privacy, intellectual property, or otherwise.

We reserve the right to disable a short link, block an IP, or restrict access for anyone violating these terms.

4. Your content stays yours

Anything you type, upload, or generate using these tools (photos, text, code, notes) remains yours. For the tools that run entirely in your browser, we never see it in the first place. See our Privacy Policy for exactly which tools involve a server component and why.

5. No warranty

These tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep every tool accurate and working (and test each one thoroughly before release), but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that results (calculations, transcriptions, generated files) are fit for any particular purpose — see our Disclaimer for specifics on tools like the health/financial calculators and Speech to Text.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EASE ADO Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) these tools, including reliance on any calculation, generated file, or transcription.

7. Third-party services

Some tools rely on third-party services (OpenStreetMap, a currency rate provider, your browser's speech recognition, Google Fonts/Analytics/AdSense where enabled). We aren't responsible for the availability or accuracy of those third-party services themselves.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or any tool at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
